I found the google extras very helpful

I posted an alert making sure to receive all the news only once a week and looked at the options of the google calendar. Looked closely at the possibility of syncing up the calendar to my iphone using the mobile connection from google. thanks!!! Right now I have tooo many calendars between home computers/work computers and my iphone...
